The penthouse in Ramat Gan

In a Ramat Gan neighborhood, we received an apartment located on the top floor of an old residential building. We replaced all the old infrastructure and did an extensive renovation that included building a new pool on the roof. The challenge in this project was building a penthouse in an old residential building that will be both safe and stable in terms of infrastructure, and also have a high level of finishes that would be visible and last for many years.
