Shahak Fima Development & Construction Ltd. is a boutique company in the sector of prestigious private construction and design. The company provides services in engineering, construction (structural skeleton, electromechanical systems and finishes), management and supervision, and architectural and interior design. All the services are provided throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

Our company focuses on executing unique and prestigious custom-made construction projects for private clients. The projects combine advanced, unique, and complex infrastructure and finishing systems, in familiar architectural styles such as modern and rustic, as well as eclectic multi-elemental styles and many other restoration and preservation projects.
Our company executes projects using a variety of methods including light and advanced industrialized construction, green and sustainable construction (GBS), and conventional local construction (concrete, block, mortar and plaster).

Shahak Fima, the founder and owner of the company, was born in 1975 and is married with two children. Shahak has an engineering degree and over 10 years of experience in development and construction through all project phases to final delivery, including complex and sophisticated projects.

​We place great emphasis and attention to details on our finishes, restorations, and preservation projects and work, which are known for being of the highest quality and performance levels in the industry. All this while providing close personal management and involvement, and maintaining a warm, caring, and personal relationship with our clients.
