The house in Ramat Aviv Gimel

We received an old-fashioned private home in Ramat Aviv to renovate with a very dilapidated infrastructure, many site constraints and a problematic and limiting zoning plan. We renovated the house from the foundation throughout with new and advanced plumbing, smart electrical systems, VRF air conditioning, underfloor heating, a cinema screening room, modern luxury fireplaces and gas accessories (by Ortal), micro-toping flooring, zero-line doors, stainless steel cable railing, floating staircase and more.
