The House in moshav Burgata
This renovation project was planned and designed in the method of reverse engineering. The construction of the main part of the roof, as a roof of exposed beams, was done parallel to the dismantling of the original roof in order to prevent damage to its existing parts. The original structure was clad with bricks on light partitions. In order to strengthen the structure, we decided to remove the brick walls which tended to fall, and thickened the existing walls in a way that also allowed installation of electric shutter systems. The works in this project were carried out to high standards of sealing, insulation, and finishes.
